The neighborhood was lovely, with trees lining the

streets and close proximity to Prato della Valle. The family room we had was spacious and equipped with a large Smart TV for the kids. However, I felt a little more attention to cleanliness would have enhanced our experience further.

The hotel's location made visiting Venice effortless, just a quick tram ride away. I enjoyed the charming atmosphere of the walk from the station back to the hotel, lined with delightful restaurants and shops.

Free bicycle rentals were a nice touch.

My experience at M14 Hotel & Spa was frustrating. The room was cramped, and the bathroom felt outdated with poor shower pressure. The walls appeared dirty with noticeable stains, which was quite off-putting. On top of that, the noise from neighboring rooms made it difficult to relax.

Unfortunately, cleanliness could have been better as I noticed dust in the corners of the stairway throughout my four-night stay. Also, the check-out process felt rushed. I got a knock at my door precisely at check-out time, which felt a bit too punctual and left me scrambling. The breakfast spread was decent, although it could use more variety, especially fresh vegetables. Overall, there were some pleasant moments, but there’s room for improvement.

This place suits me perfectly with its great amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, a cozy lounge, and a lovely spa. I remember the staff even helped me return my forgotten hairbrush on my first stay. They truly care! I highly recommend checking in for a pleasant experience. I’m coming back for a business trip.
